With over 20 years of professional experience and a reputation for getting things done, Jessica Rasmussen brings a rare blend of business savvy, design insight, and client-focused service to every real estate transaction.
 

Before entering real estate full-time in 2016, Jessica spent over a decade in event planning and project management—most recently as Events Manager for the respected Crain’s Cleveland Business. Her background sharpened her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage complex projects under pressure—all essential qualities she now brings to her work as a REALTOR® with Howard Hanna.

A longtime resident of Cleveland’s urban neighborhoods, Jessica spent nearly two decades living, working, and investing in the city’s historic homes and marquee new developments. Today, she resides in her hometown of Hudson, Ohio with her husband, daughter, and two beloved rescue dogs, Huck and Otto.
